It's not likely that you are the only one trying to reach them. Patience is a virtue.
They will, just takes time..they seem to be a very busy location. Also, they are one of only 2 in the Columbia area open on Sunday.
I was on hold for 20 minutes and then they hung up on me. I have a rental car reserved and can not get ahold of anyone for pick up. Can anyone please get in touch with me before you close at 2 pm?
