Call in to speak to the manager, there are chains of command that must be followed. And like i do i take the time to speak to the person about their behavior and professionalism in the spot, it goes a long way. Plus we only know one side of the story and that's clearly isn't enough to go off of because of other determining factors, but reach out to management first and give the name, time order#
Contact the regional/district manager or corporate office.
I would definitely contact corporate office I think they'd want to hear about that
