I moved through the drive through line fairly quickly. When I get to the window to pick up my order the young was not friendly at all and had a frown on her face. I ordered two chicken sandwiches. You would think they'd be the same but not the case. One was made just right and was good. The other sandwich was luke warm, no mayo and very little lettuce. It will be a while before I go back.

This is the 2nd time I've gone to this McDonald's In the last 2 weeks. They are supposed to be open at 6 AM and neither time have they Been open. The 1st time I was there at 6:20 AM AM and today I was there at 6:10 AM.There was one of the workers sitting outside by the signs smoking a cigarette. Don't get me wrong, I love going to this McDonald's if I'm going to eat at McDonald's. The service is usually very fast and the employees are very friendly. This happened also at the McDonald's on parklane.If you're supposed to be open at 6 AM you should be open and ready to go. It's really disappointing.

I mean, the food was good. but it didn’t come out right at all. i ended up eating it cause my wife didn’t want what the put on the sandwich’s. Customer service wasn’t bad at all

You need to call the owners. Here you are just talking to Google local guides. Most stores have a posted franchise owner and then they have a franchise office. You should see if you can find a way to report to them
This is why I stop going to this location they messed my order up twice.

That's interesting, considering Ray Kroc retired in 1974 and died ten years later at age 81. Most McDonald's (roughly 82%) are owned by the franchisee, with McDonald's owning the land they're built on at the corporate level.
