There is an entrance fee and monthly fee. These are based on square footage and neighborhood. There is a slight increase in monthly fee for a 2nd person. Most residents are selling a home so the entrance fee gets covered. Some apartments include some services in the monthly fee. We determined that this had the best cost benefit analysis in what we were looking for in life plan communities in the area.FYI we are middle class casual people, not rich and stuffy. We love the casual style and the variety of people here, residents and staff. Non-Covid, we have lots of activities for the greater community to enjoy too. We also love our teen and college workers and volunteers. It's a great place to live.
