Ordered 2 pizzas online, both were suppose to be double meat. When I made it home only one pizza had double meat. I called the store to report their error and was asked to drive all the way back to their location in the POURING RAIN 2 return a pizza

Depends on the store itself on how they want to go about it. Fyi next time try to remember to check your order before you leave

Mistakes can happen, from time to time, anywhere. Dominos does have an app, where you can place your order in writing which may cut the chance for error. I order from this location, and so far every order has been accurate because of the history of having an account through the app. Even when I call in an order, I ask them to look at my account for orders I'd like to repeat. The staff is very friendly, take their jobs seriously, and are there to please their customers.

I had an incorrect order here one time, they refunded me all my money, guess it depends who you get
