I went on a busy Friday night my husband and I they were really great about getting us worked in I always say it's best 2 go by there cause give you a chance to view all the artist portfolios and see who best works for you I had Dan my husband had Baker they were both great and awesome prices
This time of year they are super busy (people are getting tax returns), but even on a regular day you usually have to schedule. I would call them and see if they can work you in or set up an appointment.
Best thing would be to stop in or call.
