Can't help with the rebate but can say this past weekend the employees there where hustling and few in numbers. Looks like payroll is small and business is high to me. I'm sure they are steppin & fetchin all day to the tune of 2-3 people.
Thats something you would need to ask them....corprate h.q. maybe?....
I know I have worked retail for 23 years now. I had my daughter in law purchase a crock pot for me and just wanting to get the rebate money back without a bunch of hassle. I tried their website and it's wanting me to down load a bunch of junk which I will not do.
It's Christmas time and they are probably working short handed. You should try your question here. Someone may know the answer.
