They are very courteous and professional so with that in hand if you purchased a service contract most include a loaner for service as with any manufacturer if the problem is their responsibility they will provide a car but for just an oil change or our desire to have one it’s not applicable
You would have to contact the dealership.
It depends on what the service is. If it's a warranty issue, almost always you will be able to get a loaner vehicle, not always though.
