I agree with the Charlotte location being full of hateful people, but I wasn't a customer. I was a driver delivering there. The manager told me he would wait for me to deliver at 8pm and he would unload me himself., But I arrived a little before 8 and he was gone. I called the office and was told to back into a certain door and someone would unload meat 3am. I woke up to be ready to be unloaded and no one came to unload .me til 6am. I even had to finagle around other drivers and trucks go to a different door. When I asked about the other manager supposed to wait for me,and why I was told wrong door,and why no one was there to unload me at 3 am, I was talked to like a dog and they said I was never told anything ike that. Like I made it all up. I hope I never have to deliver there again
The cashiers aren't that friendly. The store is located on the west side of Charlotte and mostly black woman are there to ring up they have a horrible attitude and the service isn't great. They need to have better people up front
The Charlotte location employees have a terrible attitude, sorry management and a horribly dirty building. I don't think they ever stock shelves outside of store hours because we are constantly dodging forklifts. I try to go to U.S. Food's Chef Store across town instead.
