Horrible customer service. They want to over charge all the time. They give different prices over the phone. They are very lazy and don’t care about the customer.

I agree. I would voice the opinion to the people directly. Ive had mixed results, but always better ones when i bring up issues that are occuring.

I've had mixed results there. Some service appointments have been disappointing, others just fine.
