FRAUD!! Went to look at a one car, applied for a loan and I started getting mail from credit unions about a different car. They’ve been passively running my credit without permission. Very thirsty for sales. DO NOT GO THERE. I’ve been trying to call them and they do not answer. I will be taking it up with authorities soon.

The person working the front desk was fantastic the two times I came in. The finance guy was AWESOME. When I came back in to get a problem fixed the day after the person who helped me was also amazing. However, Joe Ray was detestable. I came in the night before and talked with him about a previous offer I had a different Nissan dealership for the same car that was 200 dollars cheaper and had a little more miles. I said I would absolutely work with him on the car at this location if he could beat or match what the other Nissan dealership had offered for my trade in. He said "I've been working here for 21 years I can do that". I came back the next day to get the deal done. When it comes time to sign for the estimated monthly payment Joe, rather than showing why it was what it was, covered the breakdown portion of the sheet with his hand so I could not see that he had my trade in listed for 33% less than what was talked about. And never talked about it. When I asked him "how much was my trade in worth" because my payment seemed higher than I thought it would be. He decided to look me dead in the eyes and lie and say "I am not sure". I only figured out this deceitful action once I was working with the financing agent. I told him this and he went to bat for me and fixed it. I'm assuming joe lied to the financing agent as well because he came back and said it was a "miscommunication". After that when joe handed me my keys rather than apologizing or explaining himself he said "I'm glad you got that worked out for yourself". Joe also promised the tank would be full when I got the car. I turned on the car to the tank at barely over a quarter and a message that said "key battery low". Everyone else was great there and fixed his mistakes but it's a shame that someone who lies consistently to a young customer just to get his pockets padded a little more is representative of the company.

You should refer that question to the dealership. I don't know the answer.
Do you all have loaner cars
Do not buy from any luther dealer, they do not stand behind the cars they sell. They suck alot. Scammers to the fullest.
I don't know. Sorry.
