Yes you can, most days, at least a food truck is there.

Ordering for delivery or bringing in your own food is perfectly acceptable.

I honestly don't think that anybody would say anything to you unless they've updated since we were there last time they only serve lpotato chips so I don't see what the problem would be with bringing your own food as long as you know you said outside and bought some beer. the last time we were there we bought both my girls and I brought food for them to eat while we were there.
