Do I need to make an appt to get a SS card replacement? I have already paid and filled out the form from on-line but it's asking me to send back with signed form my drivers license....not sure I feel safe doing that.

You can walk in the Pelham road office if you are having issues online It took me about 45 min total

No, you have to go there and take a number. Usually. If you did it online, then the license is just proving who you are. We've gone through this before & it can get frustrating. Be patient!
