You have to call and talk with someone. They are only doing appointments in extreme cases. Everything else via phone and US mail.
It's crazy when you are applying for disability and it says you can take it to your local office and you find out you can't you have to send it in and it goes to Kentucky then back to Greenville causing you to lose weeks.😡
