The Greenville office works on a first come, first serve basis. You go in, log into their computer and it places you in line to see an agent. Kind of like the DMV office. Take a seat and wait until you are called .

I know this is a very delayed answer to your question, but maybe it can help someone else. If you have a caseworker or manager and can actually get in touch with them, they can schedule a time for you to come in so you don't have to wait as long. Unfortunately, if you aren't working with someone in the office, your best bet is going to be showing up 30 minutes before they open and hoping that you get in the door first.
