Hi, Great question! We do work on heavy leather. To replace a zipper it would be best if you bring a new zipper you would like to replace the original one with. If you do not have a zipper on hand, we have zippers at the shop but it may not match exactly to the style.
They do great work but... you need to bring it into the store to find out if they could do it.
