It varies, depending upon how long the other party takes. Sometimes when you get released, the Attorney's doesn't get the paperwork that fast. The Attorney has to make sure that all the doctors and hospitals bills are paid off first.Can you clarify on the " customer service " from the Paralegal? We as Paralegals can only say so much. Are you asking the Paralegal questions? What are the responses from the Paralegal? I have never had an issue with this Firm or its employees. I have used them on many different occasions.
It depends on how quickly you are released from doctors. How quickly the other insurance company gets to your case and get a settlement together.
