Is it typical for a Law Firm to tell you have to file a lawsuit on both parties when you were a passenger in the vehicle that was struck.

If both vehicles could possibly be at fault, it is common. It would depend on the circumstances of your accident. Both insurance companies can be pointing the finger at the other company and you would have to let a jury decide.

How long is the settlement process for an auto accident once the injured has been released and returns to work? I’m not getting great customer service from my paralegal there.
