Call local stores
I was on hold listening to that stupid music for over an hour. I hung up and called Sprint, I talked to a real person with only a 2 about a 2 minute hold. Verizon, you WILL lose patrons due to long hold periods.
They don't care, & when they say an engineer will call, never happens, like their service...
Ask for management.
They're very helpful in person.
