The Great Value bark is simply the chocolate covering. You have to decide if you want to use nuts or you could use it to melt over fruit or other foods. This product is allergy safe. Unless you are allergic to Chocolate.

If I had allergies to nuts a while and I would not I wouldn't chance it I'll stay away from it thank you
