We used to love them. Now we will never set foot in their offices again and will recommend people never bring their precious furry family members here. We loved the vet we used to see there. He left and we were assigned a new one. We weren’t thrilled but things were going okay. Then we made an appointment to say goodbye to our feline boy as it was time. The new vet we were assigned was Dr. Valero Reames and this disgrace of a vet stood there and actively tried to discourage saying goodbye even though our 16 year old boy had no quality life. He had cancer. He was 1/3 his long term normal weight. He could no longer jump. He could barely step into our low entry litter box made for seniors like him, let alone his steps into the bed. Normally he would be terrified at the vet’s, this time he was calm and just sat in our arms. It was a heartbreaking decision and then this disgusting vet made it harder by suggesting we were doing it too early. There is only one way a member of my family will ever step foot in their building again: to pick up records so we can bring them to our new vet. Which is sad because we loved the vet techs we worked with. But after Dr. Reames’ disgusting actions, never again will they treat one of my furry family members.

I’ve been taking my pit mix here for a couple of years now. They are always sending reminders of what my dog is due for and were still so kind and considerate of us when I told them he was dealing with issues of aggression towards other animals. They allowed me to wait in my car with him until they had a room ready for us, and even let us come in through a side door so he wouldn’t come in contact with the other dogs. They are very considerate people who will make your dog feel very welcome and loved and I’m so grateful for that!
