Once you pay for membership, do you have to pay extra for exercise classes?
Is there a certain time that you have to go in to sign up?

NO the exercise classes are part of your membership. Classes are on a schedule which you can get a paper copy or look online for times.

There is a price list for the classes. Really good prices
