Georgia cards are not accepted. Do you live on or near the Florida- Georgia line? If so, there are a few doctors that will see you in Florida.
You could always go to a doc and see what they can do about transferring it, but you have to be moving or on vacation or something of that nature.
No unfortunately FL has it's own rules and it's own process. You have to be recognized as a patient in FL to buy CBD or THC from Trulieve. CBD from Hemp instead of marijuana is available in most health food stores.
