monthly. They have 2 options. One is $10 a month and one is $22.06

I pay $22.06 monthly. It is taken out automatically from the bank account given. They don't allow it any other way

It is only $22.00 a month. Which is not a bad deal at all. 😁. You do not have to pay for the whole year at one time.
