They are the puppies that breeders can not sell so they give it to the store for some money and puppy love sells it for double or triple that price to make profit
That's the most retarded answer ever. The puppies are raised by regulated breeders for sale. They aren't small breeders by any means. Some call them puppy mill puppies. I have 3 beautiful healthy dachshund girls from Puppy Love. You could go to a private breeder and pay 3 times the price for your dream dog if you want. For those of us that can't afford $5000. On 1 pet it's a great option. If you don't have a preference on what type of dog, rescue a puppy
Jason is correct. Professional, USDA licensed and inspected breeders raise specific puppies to sell to their clients unlike any unlicensed ignorant person who can breed puppies haphazardly with no experience or expertise. Unlicensed people can raise whatever they feel like at any time. Many people are completely ignorant and are most likely activists They usually make up their own theories and are totally ignorant. Puppy Love puppies are raised by professionals to be sold and never are"leftovers" as some ignorant person mentioned - always ask Puppy Love directly if there are any questions! After 23 years we are always happy to answer questions!
