I totally agree with Christine. They will do everything to sell you a rv but forget about service after your purchase..we purchased a new Jayco and had some minor issues but CW service was terrible..no callbacks, or voice messages returned..they had it longer in service for minor issues than we have used it! HORRIBLE service
I'm not sure.we bought ours from camping world took it camping once and took it back to have a few minor issues fixed and camping world had it about two months we called a couple times wasnt ready. Two months later we called it was done and had been done yet they never called to tell us it was done. My opinion is they sell you the camper and after that they arent very caring about anything ,and the goodem service goes out the window. That's just my opinion.
