While enjoying attractions within DreamWorks Water Park, guests must wear face coverings while on the pool deck, while not in the pool and when social distancing of 6 feet cannot be maintained. Yes from changing rooms until u get in the water park

You need to wear a mask in the restrooms, changing areas, and common areas. You don't need to you wear one while you are in the pools, queueing for slides, or on the slides themselves. It's a bit confusing, but that's what I understood from when I went.
