In the internet saw the most attraction are close, but somebody tell me is fully open? Are fully open or not?

Everything was open except for the lazy river when we were there on 9/2. And only half of the wave pool was open.

To everyone asking , the mall is open from Monday thur Sunday but the stores are not open on Sundays only the Water park and Nickelodeon are open on Sundays . There are a lot of stores in the mall but are still some empty spaces , more stores are coming . Everyone needs to have patience and watch this mall grow . It is really beautiful right now imagine when every single stores come in .
