What type of rubber mulch do they have for the playground area?

Nothing its a normal mat

Looks like light brown mulch in some area's

I was there a few weeks ago and it wasn't flat it looked like mulch but wasn't made out of wood. Very springy. No idea what kind of rubber it was though.

all I know is it is very soft and mushy when you walk on it
