I would call ahead. I was there a couple weeks ago & the train was not in service, I'm sure due to Covid. The zoo was open

Didn't see train ride ticket on their web but they can be purchased by the zoo, carries wheel or train which ever you start your path cause multiple parking options. Picnic area nice so reserves for a spot especially for the wood gazebo B day grilling spot.
The train is now running, don't know if you can buy tickets online.
