I purchased a Phix this evening & it’s been charging since 7:15. It’s still not charged. How long does it take? If defective I’ll b in to exchange for new one tomorrow

The phix takes approximately 45 minutes to charge on average. It could take up too about 2 hours depending on the strength of the charging source.
