If your website says your service department opens at 7:30am and I get here at 7:00am just so I can make sure I don’t have too many in front of me yet it’s 10 minutes until 8am and I am still sitting out here. Why? I see 7:30, I expect 7:30.

I think you can go off website times got to remember there are hundreds of others that own hondas that r going off the same times and Saturdays everyone is off it seems so thats their busiet day .........i still no matter what day wouldn't purchase a car or have my car serviced any where else other than Bryan Honda their the best

You can't go off of website times. Maybe they changed their own time to a different time

No. They are supposed to be open at 0730. I took a picture of the sign on the door after I arrived at 0740 and at 0800 they still weren't open. Read their reviews before you take your car there

Monday thru Friday, the Service Dept for Oil changes, Tire Rotations, and NCSI inspections , opens at 7:00 Am and takes walk-ins all day till @ 4:30 - 4:45 pm .... Saturdays the Service Dept Opens at 8:00 Am and has a shorter day . @ 2:30 for the last walk-in. Diagnosis of a vehicle is normally done Monday thru Friday only.

Ive never had an issue with them not being there. I think saturday hours vary. Plus the times on the website are for the dealership as a whole not the individual depts. Ive questioned why they dont have 2 sets of hours one for sales and one for service google said they would need another page though cant lust 2 sets of hours on one page
