Are the appliances sold guaranteed to work? I understand that it's for a good cause but I am low income looking for a washer and dryer and I want to ensure that it actually works. Also is there delivery included?

Hi Dawn, they don't guarantee anything. There is no way you can test or try out the appliance at the store. However, I do recommend you talk to the rep there for any guarantee or assurance before buying, since you'll be paying for transportation of the stuff to your place as well. Hope that was helpful. On a personal note, I'd recommend an open box appliance from a regular store like Best buy ... It's cheaper and you're assured of the quality . Of that made sense
