Great trails for biking. There's one trail in front of park goes from Madison and north. Goes through hammonassett then a second trail from nature center runs close to beach but you can't see the ocean from the trail. Both are nice.
Perfect for riding bikes....pretty sure there is a bike lane just behind the beach that runs the length of the shore

Yes, there is a lame or walkway area where you can ride bikes. Pretty much any where there. I've never seen anyone complain about riders there.
