After Labor Day the park and Beach do not charge anyone but of course none of the facilities are open and there are no lifeguards. The beach is still only accessible from 9 a.m. until dusk

Camping is diff from entering just the beach areas. Entering for CT license plates is free for beaches. It may be-or soon will be free for all because of the change of seasons.

For the beach parking, non residents are charged $22 before 4pm and $7 after 4pm. Residents are free. For tent camping, its $27/night for non residents and residents pay $17.
