Yes. There's an entrance fee for in state vehicles too. There is also a limit to vehicles allowed, so you might want to get there early.

If you have a Connecticut state license plate you don't have to pay to get in. If your license plate is out of state you will have to pay entrance fee no matter what your ID says.
