I called all week no answer no call back ....so this is our tax dollars?

I worked here for a short time these people are LAZY! Nobody gets fired unless they threatened to expose corruption! They route the calls on the phone tree to random employees not the actual person whose job it is to answer the phone! If you get someone be nice because they are almost certainly doing another lazy employees job who didn't want to be bothered!

I called today... it took about ten minutes on hold but when I got through the lady was super nice and answered all my questions. Be patient and kind everyone

When this happens, you have to go up there. Sorry. I went 4 times up there last month.
