Sometimes, but call ahead and ask. They even run out of food because of a lot of take out. Smoker food cannot be just thrown in an oven or on a grill. Must be nutured.

Yes long wait
It's a hit or miss with the wait considering a Saturday night. I waited about 15 minutes last Saturday.
I echo these other answers as Saturday night is obviously prime time for all restaurants and this is a small venue.
I'd call ahead. Worth the wait though.
It's usually very busy on Saturday nights. I'd suggest trying to get takeout then instead, but calling ahead for a table wouldn't hurt.
The wait is almost always quick. We've don't usually have one, but if we do it's under ten /fifteen min
