Why is it, that for 2 years, this location has only one pot to brew coffee. All other Paneras have two for each brew. As a result, when coffee runs out, customers must wait. This type of Corporate mismanagement is appalling!!!

If it is a huge Issue call Covelli Enterprises in Warren Ohio they are the franchisee and Sam Covelli is awesome .
