Do you have a direct number for her? I have a serious problem and my needs are not being addressed. I am told there are no home care fill-ins, that my case worker at the county will be called and I may have to find another company to help me. 1) No options have been discussed, 2) my needs are being ignored, my doctor will not like the risks I would be put into, and this situation has not had much thought or consideration concerning all aspects of the issue. I request intervention on behalf of myself for a poorly managed and unresolved issue.
