I have a very serious question about taco bell in liveoak, florida. Why is the Ladies bathroom door so heavy ? I had surgery on my stomach last month and couldn't even get the door open to use the bathroom because it's so heavy. Like a volt door.

Need to tell the manager on duty

I have no idea. I have trouble with it too. My surgery was on my spine so I have no strength to pull it. I go inside so seldom (prefer drive through), I just go to the restroom elsewhere.

I believe corporate would have to change that door. I'm positive children don't use the bathroom because they wouldn't be able to open the door to go in or get out. It's a heavy steel door. Totally ridiculous.
