No delivery But my husband drives semi so we usually park right on the side road beside of the Chinese place not all the way it's Cenex it's a bit of a job truck as well as a jogtrot from Cenex... but they won't fine you unless you stay there longer than 30 minutes then you might get a hard copy. I'm pretty sure I've asked the cops before
