Yes, but you need either a Bridgeport parking pass or you have to pay for entry. You can Google Seaside Park for entry details.

Plenty, but you need a permit to park which I believe is $15 for the entire summer if your vehicle is registered in Connecticut.

Yes there is parking but if you are out of town vehicle you need to pay for and get a sticker
