It really depends on what size rims that you're using and if you have any back spacing between the calipers and the drums if it's making any noise nine times out of 10 it could be a rim or could be a tire the only way to know is to take it off and take a look at it see if there's any rubbing or scraping going on inside the rim or on the tire
