Phenomenal People!!! Doctors, Nurses, Everyone was super fantastic. Very informative and compassionate.even the lady police officer was great. They deserve a trillion and one (1) out of a trillion. My wife Janice Morris was the patient. it was almost like a smidge of HEAVEN on earth. JESSE MORRIS. I love that place

Park West would probably not be allowed to tell you a wait time.

How can you bill someone for coming in but not actually seeing a doctor? My husband came in, got registered, called to the back, talked to a nurse for all of five minutes and then got released with a prescription.

I'd have preferred the extra charge. Blood in urine that the pa didn't address was a huge red flag! Plus the pa had to be persuaded to order a urine test by the nurse after being told of problems.

This is the fastest ER I know of. Be sure you insurance carrier pays at this facility. They are a part of Orange Park Medical Center.
