Genesis does rent bikes.
I'm not sure, but you might be able to rent from here. If not you can try other places like Performance Bikes (near the Airport) or there's a couple of Trek Bike stores around the Valley, and I believe there's a Bike Co-op near the far east end of Allentown near Hanover, and maybe another Bike place on the South side of Bethlehem.
