When you call the cafe it clearly states they DO NOT take reservations nor do they take names for call ahead seating.
I really don't know.
I'd have to agree with Eli, no reservations. Google search seems to validate that as well. They do however take your name and will send you a text (or page you with their pager if you stay close) when your table is ready.
