Check all fluid levels, tire wear and pressure and battery strength.
Gas can be put in anytime! Place tires on car that woukd be easier to use in possible snow. Use the setting on the air conditioner to keep window defrosted.
Make sure your batteries in good shape and make sure you have a full windshield wiper reservoir
Maybe switch out the summer performance tires with all season ones?
