Last year when I helped get a friend his cart pass it was only for those with medical reasons. This includes handicapped also.
The museum is equipped for motorized wheelchairs. The actual part where cars are judged (assuming like last year)are where the former golf course is. With your back to the hotel, it's on the far right. I don't see them allowing a good cart. Too big, bigger than space between cars. But motorized wheelchairs could go carefully as ground uneven. Good carts, too big and way too fast.
