You can walk in but I suggest giving them a heads up, phone call if you have a large collection worthy of many boxes of merchandise!

If you want to trade in old vinyl you should call and find out when someone will be there to take it in as far as trading DVDs or regular CDs that you can do anytime just walk in. if you trading in anything there you better off getting store credit as opposed to cash they give you more in store credit.
Just call them and show up.

It's very fast, personally they let me come in and gave me an estimate within 10 minutes, hope this helps!
